To set up Event Guest List capture methods navigate to the Event Flows box (1) (inside Event details view), and click the table with list of flows and capture methods (2).
Event Guest List
- Event Guest List Checkbox - click red checkbox for Event Guest List row (1)
- Select Guest List Source - choose Select Existing List option or Import New List From Salesforce (2) and click Next button (3)

💡 Import New List From Salesforce option is only available if Romify is connected to Salesforce.

- Guest List - for Select Existing List option choose Reference list created earlier. Read this article to learn how to create Reference List. For Import New List From Salesforce select Salesforce Campaign (4) and click Next button (5). Import New List From Salesforce have additional step. You need to select Campaign Member Statuses you want to include in the Guest List (6) and click Import button (7)
- Review - check number of contact brought with uploaded list (8) and click Done button (9). You can also by clicking Remove button delete Event Guest List as a capture method (10)
- Event Guest List Checkbox - when all set up checkbox is changing colour from red to green (11). Click Done button (12) after all set up is ready
