To edit existing follow-up email template , navigate to the Setup tab on the main menu (1), and select Follow-up Emails (2) and select email template that you want to edit (3)

Edit Template Settings

• To start to edit template settings you need to click on Edit button

• Template Details:

  • Template Name - you have the option to edit the template name (1)
  • Flow - you can modify the flow to which this template is assigned (2)
  • Status - by default, new templates are set to Draft status. You can update the status to Active once the template setup is complete, or switch it to Archived if the template is no longer needed (3)

• When to Send:

  • Trigger - you can change when the email will be send. You have 3 options: “Always when flow is completed”, “When flow question gets any answer” and “When flow question gets specific answer(s)” (4)

  

  • Question - this field will appear if you select as a trigger “When flow question gets any answer” or “When flow question gets specific answer(s)” options. In this field you need to select question that will trigger sending the email. You can select only questions that are picklists (5)
  • Answer - this field will appear if you select as a trigger “When flow question gets specific answer(s)”. You need to select which answer or answers for specific question will trigger sending the email (6)

• Save - remember to save changes (7)

Edit Email Details

• Edit button - to start to edit email details click Edit button (1)

• Subject - by default subject of the email is setup to: “Great Meeting You at {{eventName}}!”. It can be change to fit your needs (2)
• Sender Name - you can change visible sender name (3)
• Reply-To address - reply-to can be set to be the person who scans the lead or general company address (4)
• Insert - for Subject, Sender Name and Reply-To address fields you can use “magic words” by clicking Insert button (5). You can insert: Event name, Recipient first name, Recipient last name, Recipient organization, User first name, User last name, User email or flow Question Answers.
• Add CC - click to add carbon copy ****(6)
• Add BCC - click the button to add blind carbon copy (7)
• Save - remember to save changes (8)
