To edit existing follow-up email template , navigate to the Setup tab on the main menu (1), and select Follow-up Emails (2) and select email template that you want to edit (3)

Edit Template Settings
- To start to edit template settings you need to click on Edit button

Edit Email Details
- Edit button - to start to edit email details click Edit button (1)

- Subject - by default subject of the email is setup to: “Great Meeting You at {{eventName}}!”. It can be change to fit your needs (2)
- Sender Name - you can change visible sender name (3)
- Reply-To address - reply-to can be set to be the person who scans the lead or general company address (4)
- Insert - for Subject, Sender Name and Reply-To address fields you can use “magic words” by clicking Insert button (5). You can insert: Event name, Recipient first name, Recipient last name, Recipient organization, User first name, User last name, User email or flow Question Answers.
- Add CC - click to add carbon copy ****(6)
- Add BCC - click the button to add blind carbon copy (7)
- Save - remember to save changes (8)
