We can utilize a Reference List in two scenarios: the first being in a Flow question, and the second when setting up an Event Guest List as a Capture Method. Please refer to the examples below for both use cases.

Using Salesforce List in Flow Question

• To use your reference list, navigate to Flows (1), select an existing one or create a new flow (2), and add a flow question (3)

• Create New Question (4)
• Select Field to Update - choose a Salesforce lookup field that takes the id of the records you are querying in reference list, created before (5). Check this article to learn how to create Salesforce Reference List
• Reference List - choose a list created before (6)
• Save changes (7)

Using Upload Reference List in Event Guest List Capture Method

• Event Guest List - on Event detail view in Event Flows box click checkbox for Event Guest List row (1)

• Select Guest List Source - choose Select Existing List option (2) and click Next button (3)

• Guest List - choose a list created before (4) and click Next button (5). Check how to create Upload Reference List in this article.

• Review - check number of contact brought with uploaded reference list (6) and click Done button (7)
