To create a new reference list, navigate to the Setup tab on the main menu (1), and select Lists (2).

<aside> 💡 Creating a Salesforce Reference List is a feature that is only available if Romify is connected to Salesforce.

• New Reference List - click the New Reference List button to create a new reference list (1)

• Enter a Name for the list (2)
• Select a Source: Salesforce (3)

• SOQL Query - search the records from Salesforce by entering a query in SOQL (4)

• Status - change the status from Draft to Active (5)
• Test SOQL - test and review the query results (6)
• Remember to Save your settings (7)
