If you have an user that you know will not participate any live events, you can prevent them accidentally consuming tokens. This might come handy especially for users that are administrators in the Romify HUB and need to be included to the event team for testing purposes.

Remove From Live Event

• Go to Users tab (1) and find the user who you want to prevent using tokens and click the user record open (2)
• On User Information box (3) click Edit icon (4)

• Select Yes on Remove From Live Events (5)
• Click Save button (6)

Now the user will be removed from the Event Users as the event goes to Live status and will not consume a token.
