This article should be considered if you:
On the off chance an issue arises, please confirm the below at least 5 days prior to the event start date to allow our team enough time to troubleshoot & resolve:
Perform a few test scans with the event’s primary capture method (AI Badge, Guest List, Badge QR, etc) to ensure:
*If using an API Kit with Romify’s Badge QR Capture Method, please test using the sample QR codes provided within the Event Organizer’s API Kit

As a reminder, any test scans performed in Admin Testing mode will also push to your CRM and should be manually deleted from your CRM if desired.
Should you forget to transition the event from Admin Testing mode to Live, the system will automatically due this at midnight prior on the event’s start date.

Enable User Training mode within your upcoming event...
Ask that each mobile app user who is attending this event perform 2-3 test sans to ensure:
*If using an API Kit with Romify’s Badge QR Capture Method, please send the sample QR codes provided within the Event Organizer’s API Kit to your Mobile App Users for test scans
Ask that each mobile app end user perform the following checks:

Any test scans performed in User Training mode will not push to your CRM and will be automatically deleted from your Romify Hub at midnight prior on the event’s start date.
Should you forget to transition the event from User Training mode to Live, the system will automatically due this at midnight prior on the event’s start date.
