If you’ve forgotten your log in password, you have the option to reset it. Please follow the below steps to securely reset your password:

• Forgot password- first enter your email address, then you'll be directed to the password screen. Here, click the Forgot Password button to start the password reset process(1).

• Banner- the “We sent you an email to reset you password” banner will appear (2).

• Email- Click Reset Password button in your email (3).

• New Password- enter a new password (4) and click the Save button (5).

• Password changed- you will receive confirmation that your password was changed and you can now log in to the app (6).
