To connect Romify to HubSpot, navigate to Setup (1) → Integrations (2) → HubSpot (3) and click the New Connection button (4)

New Connection

• Name - enter a custom name for the connection (1)
  • For instance, if you are connecting both a Test and Production environment, you can name them accordingly
• Connect button - click Connect to create the new connection (2)
• Not Connected - the red banner indicates HubSpot is not yet connected (3)

• Login to HubSpot - Login with your HubSpot credentials to initiate the connection to your HubSpot account. Select the proper account and click Choose account (4), then Connect app (5).
  • Note: You may see a spinning white wheel for up to a few minutes while the syncing process initiates.

• Enable Integration - a popup window will open requesting to Enable the integration that was just created (6). Click the Enable button to continue.

• Connected & Enabled - once all the steps have been completed, you will notice the following changes:
  • The enabled banner will turn green and read "Enabled" (7)
  • The connection banner will turn green and read "Connected"(8)
  • The Reload button will become active (9)
  • The Connect button will change to a Disconnect button (10)
