To connect Romify to Salesforce, navigate to Setup (1) → Integrations (2) → Salesforce (3) and click the New Connection button (4)

Establishing the New Connection
- Name - enter a custom name for the connection (1)
- For instance, if you are connecting both a Sandbox and Production environment, you can name them accordingly
- Login URL - the URL will be automatically filled in as a Salesforce login URL (2), but this can be changed if a custom URL is desired
- Connect button - click Connect to create the new connection (3)
- Not Connected - the red banner indicates Salesforce is not yet connected (4)

Login to Salesforce - Login with your Salesforce credentials to initiate the connection to your Salesforce instance (5)
- Review which Salesforce User Permissions are required here

- Enable the Integration - a popup window will open requesting to Enable the integration that was just created (6). Click the Enable button to continue.

✍🏻 NOTE: Romify can only be connected to one integration at a time. If other integrations have been previously enabled, those would turn off if you decide to enable this new integration. Integrations can always be enabled or disabled later under Integration Settings. Learn how to disable Salesforce integrations here.

- Connected & Enabled - once all steps are complete, you will notice the following changes:
- The enabled banner will turn green and read "Enabled" (7)
- The connection banner will turn green and read "Connected"
- The integration user's email address will appear (8)
- The Reload button will become active (9)
- The Connect button will change to a Disconnect button (10)
