To add a new question to your flow, navigate to the Flows tab in the main menu (1), and click the name of the flow you wish to add questions to (2).

The Flow Details view will open; click the pencil icon in the Flow Questions box (3).

Flow Questions

• New Question - create new questions (1)
• Select Object in Salesforce/HubSpot to Update - select which object this question should update (Lead, Contact or Task) or select Do Not Link to Salesforce/HubSpot if you don’t want that answer for this question to be sent to Salesforce/HubSpot (2)

<aside> 💡 The “Select Object in Salesforce/HubSpot to Update” feature is only available if Romify is integrated with Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Select Field to Update - select which field/property this question should update (3)
• Add 2nd Mapping - update additional Objects’ fields/properties with the same answer (4)
• Label - Keep the name brief and easy to understand for the end user as this is the “question” that will be displayed in the Romify Mobile App (5)
• Component - choose the data format for each answer (6)
  • Note: Because the CRM integration is two-way, selecting a component like Picklist will automatically pull in existing answer options from your CRM and display them in the Romify Hub.
    • You can edit the Label (left column), which controls how the option appears in the Romify Mobile App.
    • Do not edit the Value (right column) — it must exactly match what’s in your CRM. Changing it will break the connection and cause mapping errors.
    • If you add a new Label, make sure the matching Value already exists in your CRM and is spelled exactly the same. Otherwise, the mapping won’t work.
      • If the Label is new to both the Romify Hub and your CRM, immediately add the Value into your CRM as a viable option within the appropriate property/field as well. Otherwise, the mapping won’t work.
• Info - optional: add an additional description for the question to provide more clarity (7)
• Required - select if you want to make this question mandatory for your end user (8)
• Save changes(9)
• Delete - delete a question from a Flow (10)
