To edit an already captured lead or add missing information to an existing lead, follow the below steps:

• click the user name to see all of the leads captured by that user (1).

• you can then view all newly captured leads as well as the leads that were already captured and updated. To modify the lead, simply click on the corresponding card to access the editing options (2).

• to modify existing information or add new content, simply click on the Edit button (3).

• once you have edited or added your answer, click the Save button (4).

• you can then review the edited or added information (5).

You have the ability to modify all of the information gathered from scanning lead details or answering follow-up questions for your own leads. However, you cannot modify leads that have been captured by your colleagues. If further edits are needed to a lead you did not scan/create, please contact your Romify Administrator.
