To edit an already captured lead or add missing information to an existing lead, follow the below steps:
You have the ability to modify all of the information gathered from scanning lead details or answering follow-up questions for your own leads. However, you cannot modify leads that have been captured by your colleagues. If further edits are needed to a lead you did not scan/create, please contact your Romify Administrator.
