You might find yourself in a situation where you need to re-open a Failed Event:
- Perhaps an event had the incorrect dates and closed before any scans could be made or users were added
Not to worry - we’ve got you covered!
- Navigate to the Events tab (1) within the Romify Hub and select the Failed event that needs to be reopened (2)

Reopening a Failed Event during the grace period
- If event failed within the 7-day grace period, you can click the blue Reopen Event button (1).

🚨 NOTE: Romify events include a 7-day grace period after the Event End Date during which users can continue entering leads.
You can reopen and close the event as many times as needed during the grace period

- Select Confirm (2)

- All set! The event is now reopened—users can start sending leads again through the mobile app
Reopening a Failed Event after grace period
- If the event went to Failed status after the 7 day grace period, you can click the yellow Reopen Event button (1)
