To modify a user’s role you need to first open the user details view.

Navigate to the Users tab on the main menu (1), and select the corresponding row for the desired user (2).

User Information

• User Information - navigate to this box (1)
• Edit User Information - click the pencil icon to make changes (2)

• Change the role from User to Administrator (3).
