TTo set up the Badge (QR) capture method, navigate to the Event Flows box (1) (inside the Event details view), and click the Switch to QR code button within the blue AI Badge Scanning box (2).

<aside> ✍🏻 NOTE: To enable QR code badge scanning, you must first purchase the API kit from the event organizer. Then, use the codes provided by the event organizer to activate the ability to scan.

• Select the Correct Badge (QR) System - select the correct System Name from the provided dropdown list (1) and click the Next button (2)

  <aside> 🚨 NOTE: If you do not see the system that will be used by the event organizer, please contact us at [email protected] at least 4 weeks prior to show.

• Configure Badge Scanning - depending on which system is being used:
  • you may need to enter additional information (3)
  • or no additional configuration will be needed (4)
• Click the Next button (5) to move to next step.

• Confirm - Click Save button (6)

• Badge (QR) - once set up is complete, the Badge (QR) option will appear for the selected flow within the Event Flows box (7)
