To create a new mapping for Salesforce, navigate to Setup (1) → Integrations (2) → Salesforce (3), and select the Salesforce connection for which you want to create the new mapping (4).

Mappings - Lead, Contact, Task or Campaign Member

You need to first select for which object you want to create new mapping. Under the Mappings tab (1) you will find tiles for all the objects (Lead, Contact, Task, Campaign Member) (2). You have to select tile with name of the object for which you want to create new mapping. Selected object will be highlighted in blue.

Mappings - General Default Values, Event Default Values, Flow Default Values, Flow Question Mappings or Contact Information Mappings

Secondary you need to decide level of your mapping. Mapping can be run for specific event only, flow specific, flow question specific, general - always run or for contact information from capture method (1). Learn more about those option in following article. Selected option will be highlighted in blue.

New Mapping - General Default Values

• After choosing the right object, select General Default Values (1) and click New Mapping button (2)

• Salesforce Field To Update - select which of the field you want to update by this mapping (3)
• If Value In Salesforce Field - if you are updating existing record, you can decide do you want to overwrite existing information (Overwrite slider) or add the second answer for the field (Append slider) (4)
