You can download a selected event’s lead list in CSV file format using the Export button (1).
If you would like to make edits to the downloaded CSV file or add additional information that you want transferred back into your Romify Hub & CRM, you can easily upload the updated file back into the Romify Hub using the Import button (2). Doing so will automatically update all the leads both in the Romify Hub lead list and your integrated CRM system.
<aside> ✍🏻 NOTE: You cannot use a CSV file to import net new leads into Romify. This export/import feature combination is typically used for updating leads that already exist in Romify. Once the lead is updated in Romify, those updates will automatically push to your integrated CRM. Romify will recognize & match leads in this order within the selected event: 1) Romify internal ID 2) Email 3) First name + last name combination.
