You can download a selected event’s lead list in .CSV file format using the Export button (1).
If you would like to make edits to the downloaded .CSV file or add additional information that you want transferred back into your Romify Hub & CRM, you can easily upload the updated file back into the Romify Hub using the Import button (2).
Doing so will automatically update all the leads both in the Romify Hub lead list and your integrated CRM system.

✍🏻 NOTE: You cannot use a CSV file to import net new leads into Romify. This export/import feature combination is typically used for updating leads that already exist within Romify.
Once the lead is updated in Romify, those updates will automatically push to your integrated CRM. Romify will recognize & match leads in this order within the selected event: 1) Romify internal ID, 2) Email, 3) First name + last name combination.

✍🏻 NOTE: Please note that importing this file will only update existing leads in Romify by editing their details or adding additional information. It is not possible to add net new leads to the event if they were not originally scanned by Romify.

- When uploading a guest list after an event, it is important to note that the guest list will only update the contact information for any leads it finds a 1:1 match with in Romify. It cannot be used as a post-event enrichment tool for net new leads or used to modify Notes or Flow Questions.
- Ex: John Smith was scanned using Romify but Romify did not find his phone number. The event organizer sends you a post-event list that does contain his number and you upload the list into Romify. That list must find a 1:1 match in Romify in order to update it. If John Smith is in that list and in Romify, the list will fill in any blank fields it can but will not overwrite any of Romify's pre-existing information.
- Romify will recognize & match leads in this order within the selected event: 1) Romify internal ID, 2) Email, 3) First name + last name combination.
- Once the lead is updated in Romify, those updates will automatically push to your integrated CRM.
