To edit an existing follow-up email template, navigate to the Setup tab on the main menu (1), select Follow-up Emails (2) and the email template that you want to edit (3)

Edit Template Settings
- To edit your template settings, click the pencil icon

- Template Details:
- Template Name - if needed, edit the template name (1)
- Flow - assign a flow to this template (2)
- Status - by default, new templates are set to Draft status (3). You can:
- update the status to Active once the template setup is complete
- switch it to Archived if the template is no longer needed
- When to Send:
- Trigger - decide which of the following criteria will trigger the email to send:
- “Always when flow is completed”
- “When flow question gets any answer”
- “When flow question gets specific answer(s)” (4)

Question - this field will only appear if “When flow question gets any answer” or “When flow question gets specific answer(s)” are selected as the triggers.
- The Question field will prompt you to select a previously configured question that will act as the trigger for sending an email.

Answer - this field will only appear if the Question selected is “When flow question gets specific answer(s)”.
- Decide & select which answer (or answers) will trigger sending the email (6)

Save - remember to save your changes (7)

Edit Email Details
- Edit button - edit email details by clicking the pencil icon (1)

- Subject - by default, the subject of the email is set to: “Great Meeting You at {{eventName}}!”. This can be changed to fit your needs (2)
- Sender Name - choose who the email recipient will see as the sender (3)
- Reply-To address - the “Reply-to address” can be set to either the user who scanned the lead or a general company email address (4)
- Insert - use “magic words” for the Subject, Sender Name and Reply-To address fields by clicking Insert button (5).
- Magic words that can be inserted are:
- Event name
- Recipient first name
- Recipient last name
- Recipient organization
- User first name
- User last name
- User email
