To access the Integration Settings for your Salesforce Integration, navigate to Setup (1) → Integrations (2) → Salesforce (3). Next, select the Salesforce connection that you would like to review (4).

Integration Settings
The Integration Settings tab (1) allows you to enable or disable your Salesforce Integration connection, set up actions for Leads, Contacts & Tasks and pre-filter Event Campaign Lists:
- Connection Status - view wether your connection is Enabled or Disabled (2). You can also Enable or Disable this Salesforce connection using the available options (3).

- Phone Number Formatting - select which phone number format Romify should return (4)

- Lead Settings - this section allows you to:
- Choose whether or not to create new leads (5)
- Select the Lead Record Type that Romify will use whenever you create a new lead (6)
- Choose whether or not to update existing leads in your Salesforce instance (7)
- Choose whether or not to follow your Salesforce Lead Assignment Rules (8)
- Assign a Romify user to be the owner of a scanned lead (9)
- Choose whether or not to create a new Campaign Member along with the created lead (10)
- Choose whether or not to create a Task in your Salesforce from the lead visit (11)

- Contact Settings - this section allows you to:
- Choose whether or not existing contacts should be updated in your Salesforce instance (12)
- Choose whether or not a new Campaign Member should be created along with the updated contact (13)
- Choose whether or not Task should be created in your Salesforce instance from the contact visit (14)

- Task Settings - this section allows you to:
- Select the Task Record Type that Romify will use whenever you create a new Task relating to the interaction at the event (15)
- Designate a Status for the Task to be marked as from that event’s interaction (16)

- Pre-filter an Event Campaign List: Set up filters for the Salesforce Campaign list that will appear when selecting a campaign on an Event.

- Customize the Country Name: If your Salesforce Settings require custom country names, you can set this up by:
- clicking the Add button (19)
- selecting the country name that you wish to customize (20)
- entering the custom country name (21)
- click Save (22)
