To access the Salesforce Mappings feature, navigate to Setup (1) → Integrations (2) → Salesforce (3). Next, select the Salesforce connection that you would like to review (4).

Mappings
The Mappings tab (1) allows you to configure mappings for Leads, Contacts, Tasks and Campaign Member (2).
Mappings can be configured for the following elements:
- General Default Values - set up default values that are populated every time a user is using the Romify App (3). These defaults always run, regardless of which flow the user is using or which event they are participating in.
- Event Default Values - configure mappings for default values during a selected event (4). These values will automatically be sent to Salesforce every time a new lead is created, without any action required from the end user. These values are set up specifically for each individual event.
- Flow Default Values - define mappings for default values for every instance when the chosen flow is used (5). These values will be populated in the background, without any action required from the end user.
- Flow Question Mappings - configure mappings for every question in every flow (6).
- Contact Information Mappings - this mapping includes all contact information that is gathered by each capture method (7). These mappings can only be modified, not created new or deleted. However, you can decide which of them should be enabled or disabled and which values should overwrite existing information in Salesforce.
