The Business Card Scanner can be accessed as an add-on product by subscribing to it for a fee. This feature enables users to scan leads outside of events by simply grabbing a business card.
If your organization has purchased this product, you will find an additional tab on the menu called Beyond Events (1). Clicking on this tab will expand the menu to show the Business Card Scanner (2).

Captured Leads
- Captured Leads - shows latest leads that were captured by all team members during the event. (1)
- Integration - indicates whether the lead has been successfully transferred to an integrated CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) (2)
- Click View All Leads to be redirected to a full list of leads via the Leads tab (3)

Business Card Scanner Users
- Business Card Scanner Users - shows all users that can scan business cards, even when not at an event (1)
- Edit Business Card Scanner Users - click the pencil icon to add or remove users (2)
- User Status - view which users are already Active and which users have yet to register for the Romify app; unregistered users will hold the status of Invited (3)
- Email All Users - send an email to all users participating in a specific event. Clicking the Email All Users button will open your default email application (4).
