When the Event status goes LIVE, there will be 1 token removed from your account for each active user.

Avoid Unnecessary Token Charges by:

• Navigating to the LIVE event before the Event Start Date (or before manually setting the event LIVE) and removing any users who will not be capturing leads at the event
  • Further guidance for removing users from an event can be found here.
• ensuring any non-lead-capturing users (for example, your Admins) are automatically removed from the Event Users list before the event goes LIVE
  • Users → select the user → Edit User Information → turn ‘Remove From Live Events’ to ‘Yes’
