When event status goes LIVE all the Event Users in the event will consume 1 token

• Remove Event Users that do not need to capture leads in the LIVE event before the Event Start Date or before setting the event manually to LIVE status
• If you have users (for example admin users) that never participate live events, you can set them to be automatically removed from Event Users before the event goes to LIVE status. Users → select the user → Edit User Information → turn ‘Remove From Live Events’ to ‘Yes’
