To add a new question to your flow, navigate to the Flows tab in the main menu (1), and click the name of the flow you wish to add questions to (2).
The Flow Details view will open. Click the pencil icon in the Qualification Questions section (3), or select the “Create First Question” button (4).
Qualification Questions
- Object - select which object in Salesforce/HubSpot this question should update (Lead, Contact or Task) or select Do Not Link to Salesforce/HubSpot if you don’t want that answer for this question to be sent to Salesforce/HubSpot (1)

- Field - select which field/property this question should update (2)
- Add 2nd Mapping - update additional Objects’ fields/properties with the same answer (3)
- Label - Keep the name brief and easy to understand for the end user (4)
- Component - choose the data format for each answer (5)
- Info - optional: add an additional description for the question to provide more clarity (6)
- Default Answer – You can set a default answer for the question (7)
- Required - select if you want to make this question mandatory for your end user (8)
- Save changes (9)
- Delete - delete a question from a Flow (10)
- Add Question - create new questions (11)
- Change Question Order – You can drag and drop questions to rearrange their order (12)
