The “All Known Contacts” list is a collection of all existing contacts from both your CRM system and Romify. If you notice some contacts may be missing you might need to manually update the list by refreshing it.

Refresh the “All Known Contacts” List

• Navigate to Setup (1) → Lists (2), click on the “All Known Contacts” row (3)

• Click the Refresh List button (4) to process the update
  • Note: This list will automatically refresh every 24 hours.
