To create a new reference list, navigate to the Setup tab on the main menu (1), and select Lists (2).

There are two types of reference lists:

  1. Lists from Salesforce
  2. Lists from a file upload

CRM lists are used to allow users to select actual CRM records during a flow/lead capture.
