To set up the Primary capture method, navigate to the Event Flows box (1) (inside the Event details view), and click the edit button (2).

Next, click on the Edit Capture Methods button (3)

Primary Capture Method

• Primary Method - select one of the dropdown menu methods to be your Primary capture method for that flow during that selected event (1)

<aside> ✍🏻 NOTE: You will only be able to select capture methods that are configured and are highlighted with blue or green checkboxes. A red checkbox indicates this capture method has not yet been configured.

• Done - click the Done button to save your changes (2)
