Event Details View
To view or modify an event, navigate to the Events tab on the main menu (1), and select the corresponding row for the desired event (2)

Event Status
- Event Statuses are: Planned, Live and Completed (1). Planned status has 2 sub-statuses: Testing and Training (2). Learn more about Event Statuses by reading this article.
- Set Event Live / Set Event Completed - administrator can set the event manually to LIVE status at earliest 7 days before the Event Start Date / administrator can set the event manually to COMPLETED during the period of 7 days after the Event End Date (3)
- Delete - you have the option to delete an event when its status is set to Planned. However, you cannot delete events that are Live or Completed (4)

Event Timeline
- Earliest Go Live - event will go automatically live on midnight on the day the Event Starts. You can also set it up live manually 7 days before Event Starts date (1)
- Event Starts - date when event starts. Event can last max 2 weeks (2)
- Event Ends - date when event ends (3)
- Event App Closes - after Event Ends date you can manually set the event to Completed status. If you don’t, event will be automatically set Completed 7 days after Event Ends date (4)
