To select flows capture method you need to open first flow details view. Navigate to the Flows tab on the main menu (1), and select the corresponding row for the desired flow (2).

Capture Methods

• Capture Methods - we have multiple options for capturing the leads (1):

  • Business Card - translate details from regular paper business cards
  • Event Guest List - check-in pre-invited contacts from a list
  • Known Contact List - search from your whole existing contact database in integrated systems and Romify
  • Manual Entry - if none of the other methods applies, fill in mandatory fields manually
  • Badge Photo - translate written details from badge, and either manually complete or automatically match full details from registered users list received from organizer before or after the show
  • Badge Scan - Scan QR codes / NFC’s from visitor badges.

  • Digital Business Card - read digital contact information from mobile apps, physical digital business cards or QR codes on paper cards

• Primary - you can set up primary capture method that always starts the flow for the user (2)

• Enabled - you can set alternative capture methods. Users can switch from the Primary to these secondary capture methods (3)
