To invite new users, simply go to the Users tab in the main menu (1) and click on the Invite Users button (2).

Invitation Instructions
- Add Emails - enter the email addresses of the users you want utilizing the Romify App (1)
- Send - after you click the Send button, an invitation email will be sent to all invited users (2)

- User Invitation Success Report - the report provides a clear overview of invitation outcomes, listing both successfully invited users and those who already have an existing Romify account

- The names of the invited users will then show in the Users list view with the Invited status
- Your users will need to follow the below steps:
- Register for the Romify App using their phones
- Follow the in app instructions

Resending an Email Invitation
- Select the user with the Invited status that you would like to resend the invitation email to
- Click the Resend Invitation button (1)

- The user should receive the emailed invitation containing registration instructions almost instantly
- Don’t forget to check SPAM folders
