To select a Flow’s Capture Method, navigate to the Flows tab in the main menu (1), and select the corresponding row for the desired Flow to open its Details view (2).

Capture Methods

Capture Methods - Romify has multiple options for capturing leads (1):
- Badge AI - allows the user to take a photo of a lead’s badge. Romify AI will translate the details on the badge and look for additional details from various online sources to assist with data enrichment
- Business Card - allows the user to take a photo of a business card. Romify will scan and translate all of the details from the card into the Romify app
- Manual Entry - allows the user to manually enter a lead’s contact details
- Digital Business Card - allows the user to scan a digital business card’s QR code. Romify will return the details from the QR card & automatically fill in the correct fields in the app
- Known Contact List - allows the user to select a name from a pre-defined list. The Known Contact List combines all of your CRM contacts with all contacts ever scanned using Romify
- Event Guest List - allows the user to select a name from an uploaded Event Guest List. Administrators can upload this pre-defined list during new event creation.
- Badge (QR) - Allows the user to scan the QR code on a conference badge

Primary - set up a primary (or default) capture method for each event ensuring this is the first capture method option presented to the user for each scan (2)

Enabled - set alternative capture methods allowing users to easily switch from the Primary capture method to the secondary capture methods (3)
