You can download the lead list of any selected event in .CSV format using the Export button. For step-by-step instructions, please see this article: How to Export and Import Leads

When working with your .CSV file, you may want to view attachments linked to a lead — such as a scanned business card, badge, or other images captured during the lead collection process.

Accessing a Single Attachment

Romify makes this possible through attachment links included in the exported file. Simply scroll through the columns until you find the one labeled image_Number, then click the link to open the attachment (1)

The number of images shown depends on how many attachments were added to that particular lead.

Accessing All Attachments at Once

You can also access all attachments at once by using the Romify link. Simply scroll through the columns until you find the one labeled romifyLink, then click it to open the Romify view for that lead (1).

Once the lead page opens, scroll down to the Captured Images section (2) to view all attachments in one place.
