Now end users can see the Business Card and Badge scanners in a single view!

This unique component allows for the ability to toggle between the Business Card Scanner and the Badge Information Capture methods without having to change screens. Badge information can be obtained either by scanning the QR code (Badge QR) or by taking a photo of the badge (Badge AI).

To set up the Business Card & Badge QR capture methods in one view, navigate to the Event Flows box (1) (inside the Event details view), and click the pencil icon (2). Click on the Edit Capture Methods button (3).

Business Card Scanner & Badge (AI)

• If you want to enable the business card scanner and badge (AI) for your end users, make sure the checkboxes for both methods are marked in blue (1).

Business Card Scanner & Badge (QR)

• If you want to enable the Business Card Scanner and Badge (QR) Scanner for your end users:
  • make sure the checkbox for the Business Card Scanner is marked in blue (1)
  • ensure the Badge (QR) Method is set up properly and displayed in green (2).
