From the Events tab you can:
- See the list of all of your events.
- You may sort or filter the columns as needed (1).
- By clicking on a specific event, you will be taken to that Event’s “Details” screen (2).
- Import Events from CSV files (3).
- Create New Events (4).

Event Details View
To view or modify an event, navigate to the Events tab on the main menu (1), and select the corresponding row for the desired event (2).

Event Status
- Event Statuses are: “Planned” (yellow), “Live” (green) and “Completed” (blue) (1)
- The “Planned” status has 2 sub-statuses:
- “Testing” and “Training” (2)

- Set Event Live / Set Event Completed - administrators can manually set the event to the LIVE status as early as 7 days before the Event Start Date. Administrators can also manually set the event to show as COMPLETED up to 7 days after the Event End Date (3).
- Delete - Deleting an event is only possible in the “Planned” status. You cannot delete events that are Live or Completed (4).

Event Timeline
- Earliest Go Live - event will automatically go live on midnight on the day the Event Starts. You can also manually set it to go live 7 days before the Event Start date (1)
- Event Starts - the true date when the event starts. Events can last a maximum of 2 weeks (2)
- Event Ends - the true date when the event ends (3)
- Event App Closes - after the event ends, you can manually set the Event to the “Completed” status. If this is not manually done and an “Event App Closes” date is not manually configured, the event will be automatically be marked as “Completed” 7 days after the “Event Ends” date (4) concludes.
