When leads are processing in the background, a banner appears at the top of the screen. The banner shows how many leads are currently being processed or waiting in the queue.

What will I see while the device is online?

When your device is connected to a network, the banner displays (1)

• X lead(s) are being processed

The number updates as leads finish processing.

What will I see while the device is offline?

f your device is offline or the network connection is too slow, completed leads remain safely in the queue. The banner displays (2)

• X lead(s) in queue

  Waiting for connection

Once the network connection is restored, the queued leads will automatically continue processing.
