To invite new users, simply go to the Users tab in the main menu (1), and click on the Invite Users button (2).
Users Emails
- Add Emails - enter email addresses of the users you want to invite to use Romify App (1)
- Send - after you click Send button invitation email will be send to all invited users. Names of invited users will show in Users list view with Invited status (2). The next steps depend on the end users. They will need to register for the Romify App on their phones. To become a new user of the Romify App, learn more about the registration process.
When you invite users their role will be User. If you want to make some of the users Administrators please see this article.
Resending Email Invitation
- Please choose the user with Invited status to whom you would like to resend the invitation email
- Click Resend Invitation button (1)
- User should receive an email with invitation to start to use Romify
